1. Business and scope
N8 Insight LLC is based in North Carolina. These Terms concern www.n8insight.com and its public content, contact, newsletter signup and consultation scheduling features.
These Terms govern website use. They are not a professional-services agreement. If we ask you to accept these Terms for a particular website activity, your affirmative acceptance applies to that activity and does not enroll you in paid services.
Our services are intended for adults who can enter an engagement under applicable law. We do not offer services to clients in California, Washington State, Hawaii or Alaska. Other service-eligibility requirements are addressed in the engagement process.
2. Website information and professional engagements
Public website information, examples and testimonials explain our approach and offerings. They are general information rather than a personalized assessment or recommendation for a particular visitor.
Our client services may include individualized coaching, financial counseling, practical planning and guidance within the scope agreed for an engagement. An individual client or organizational agreement governs that work. If that agreement differs from these website Terms, it controls the professional engagement.
3. Service boundaries
Strategic coaching supports reflection, practical planning, decision-making and habits across work, life, money and eight connected areas of well-being, with emphasis on financial well-being and mindfulness. Clients choose their goals and make their own decisions.
Financial counseling supports understanding finances, spending, saving, debt repayment, goals and practical money systems. We do not recommend investments or asset allocations, sell financial or insurance products, negotiate with creditors, act for clients in credit-report disputes, or provide tax or legal advice. We do not compare or recommend specific accounts or review or recommend retirement or rollover arrangements. Financial-goal calculations use client-provided figures and client-selected assumptions, including any return assumption. They are illustrative estimates rather than predictions or investment recommendations.
Mindfulness facilitation offers education and guided practice for professionals, groups and teams. Guided practice and personal sharing are optional. Coaching and mindfulness facilitation do not include diagnosis, psychotherapy or medical treatment.
The AFC® designation is a professional certification, not a governmental license. The scope and responsibilities for a particular engagement are described in its separate agreement.
4. Getting started and commercial terms
Our usual starting point is a free initial consultation to explore fit. Sending an inquiry or booking that consultation does not, by itself, create a paid engagement or authorize a charge.
Paid services are governed by a separate individual client or organizational agreement and any applicable booking or purchase terms presented for that engagement. The scope, fees and other commercial terms are addressed through that process. Agreements may use PandaDoc or a similar provider; payments may use Stripe or a similar provider through the agreement platform or another arranged payment option.
Website prices may change for future engagements. Changes to fees or services already agreed are governed by the engagement agreement.
5. Outcomes and testimonials
Individual experiences and results vary. N8 Insight does not guarantee any particular outcome or result from its services. Testimonials describe individual experiences.
6. Content and intellectual property
N8 Insight and other rightsholders retain their respective rights in website text, graphics, branding and materials. Other organizations’ names and certification marks belong to their respective owners.
You may view, save or print website content for personal reference or your organization’s internal evaluation of our services, retaining copyright and attribution notices. No broader license is granted. Except as permitted by law or a separate license, do not reproduce, modify, sell, republish or distribute protected content without permission or imply an endorsement that has not been authorized. Materials provided under a client agreement or separate license are governed by that agreement or license.
These restrictions preserve rights available under applicable law, including fair use of copyrighted material and the rights described in section 7.
7. Lawful and considerate website use
Do not use the website unlawfully, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, misuse its forms for spam or impersonation, or infringe others’ rights.
Nothing in these Terms restricts activity protected by applicable law.
8. Inquiries and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and is separate from these website Terms.
Use website forms for brief inquiries. Please leave out account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card details, financial statements and medical details. Information needed for an engagement should be shared through a method agreed for that engagement.
9. Third-party links and tools
The website includes third-party links and tools, including Acuity or a similar provider for scheduling. Agreements may use PandaDoc or a similar provider; payments may use Stripe or a similar provider. Providers operate their own services, and their terms and privacy notices may apply when you use those services.
A link is not, by itself, an endorsement of all information on the linked website.
10. Website availability and legal protections
The website and its general content are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or fault-free website operation or that general content will suit a particular visitor’s circumstances.
We may update, interrupt or discontinue the website, or restrict access to address unlawful or harmful use. Professional engagements remain subject to their separate agreements.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Duties arising from professional services remain governed by applicable law, applicable professional standards and the engagement agreement.
11. Governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, North Carolina law governs these website Terms. Mandatory protections under other applicable laws remain available.
12. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply as permitted by applicable law, including any required notice or acceptance. Posting a revision does not, by itself, amend a separate engagement agreement or make the revision retroactively binding.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent they can operate consistently with applicable law.
