No Professional Relationship

Accessing the website, submitting a form, requesting a resource, joining an interest list, or scheduling an initial consultation does not create a coaching or other professional relationship with N8 Insight. A professional relationship begins only when N8 Insight and the client, participant, or organizational client complete the applicable registration or written agreement. Separate terms, policies, or agreements may apply to Strategic Coaching, Group Programs, Custom Programs, assessments, purchases, or other services. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement will control for that service.

Scope Limitations

N8 Insight may provide strategic coaching, financial counseling and education, workplace-development assessment feedback, and nonclinical mindfulness facilitation, as described in the applicable service or program agreement.

N8 Insight does not provide:

  • Psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, or mental-health treatment

  • Medical diagnosis, treatment, or health careInvestment management or individualized securities recommendations

  • Tax advice

  • Legal advice

N8 Insight is not an emergency or crisis-response service.

Information on this website does not create or expand the scope of any N8 Insight service agreement.

Self-Assessment

The N8 Insight Work, Life & Money Self-Assessment is a structured personal-reflection resource.

It is nonclinical, non-diagnostic, and has not been psychometrically validated. It is not a health screening, psychological assessment, risk assessment, professional financial evaluation, or substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, or other professional. The Self-Assessment does not provide an automated interpretation, diagnosis, recommendation, or required course of action.

You decide what your responses mean and what, if anything, you choose to do with them. Use of the Self-Assessment is voluntary. You may skip any prompt or stop at any time.

Your Decisions and Results

All content is provided as general information and education only and should not be viewed as individual advice or individual coaching.

You remain responsible for evaluating your specific circumstances and making your own decisions.

“N8 Insight,” the N8 Insight name and logo, the N8 Insight 5/8 Coaching Method℠, and related branding are marks associated with N8 Insight LLC. These Terms do not grant permission to use those marks.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the website:

  • For an unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose

  • To interfere with the website’s operation or security

  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to a system, account, or information

  • To introduce malicious code or harmful technology

  • To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation

  • In a way that infringes the rights of N8 Insight or another person
