Mindfulness-Based Career Satisfaction
Group Program
Take time to reflect on your career, working environment, and professional priorities amid an increasing pace of change.
Through workplace personality feedback, structured self-assessment, guided reflection, mindfulness practice, and group dialogue, this program helps you better understand how you operate at work, what motivates you, how others may experience you professionally, and which aspects of your career may be contributing to satisfaction or strain.
You will also begin building a foundation for an ongoing mindfulness practice that can support greater awareness and more intentional career decisions.

A Reflective, Practical Approach
This program is designed to support greater self-awareness and more informed choices. It does not prescribe a particular career path or determine whether you should remain in, leave, or pursue a specific role.
Assessment results are treated as sources of insight rather than fixed conclusions. Participants consider the results alongside their own experience, circumstances, responsibilities, and goals.
Assessment Privacy
Individual assessment reports and feedback are provided privately.
Participants decide what, if anything, they share with the group. While group members are asked to respect the privacy of what others disclose, complete confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed.
