Participants will consider how income, spending, saving, debt, family responsibilities, security, and personal values influence financial decisions. The program also provides practical support for creating a more organized and sustainable money-management system.

This program combines financial counseling and education with nonclinical mindfulness practices.
It does not provide psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis or treatment, investment management, individualized securities recommendations, tax advice, or legal advice. Participants remain responsible for their own financial decisions and may be encouraged to consult an appropriately licensed professional when specialized advice is needed.

Group members are asked to respect the privacy of what others disclose. However, complete confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed.
