Experienced Strategic Coaching for Professionals During Times of Transformation and Change.

How We’ll Work Together

Our work centers on reflection, practical planning, and habits across work, life, and money. You choose your goals and make your own decisions. Financial topics stay within the scope described on the Accredited Financial Counselor Service page. Coaching and mindfulness facilitation do not include diagnosis, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. When a question needs specialized expertise, I’ll help you identify an appropriate professional.

Building on a Strong Start: $985/Engagement

Strategic Coaching for financial goals, constructive habits, and well-being in your first years of corporate life.

Build on what you’ve already achieved by developing habits and routines that support your finances, self-care, and well-being. With Steven’s support, take practical steps toward your longer-term financial goals while getting established in corporate life. Small, consistent steps taken early can create benefits that compound over time.

This program is for professionals beginning their corporate careers, whether they have a promising job offer or are getting established during their first two to three years of corporate work. It is especially relevant to first-generation college graduates and those whose professional achievements represent meaningful change within their family or community.

At this stage, you may have little saved or be managing credit card, student loan, or other debt. With your everyday expenses covered, you can focus on building a stronger financial foundation.

You’ll connect awareness and attention management, decision-making and risk management, personal finance, and change management to everyday choices and routines. Intended outcomes include:

  • A personal plan for habits and routines that support your finances, self-care, and well-being.

  • Defined longer-term financial goals.

  • An action plan with practical next steps.

The nonlinear N8 Insight 5/8 Coaching Method℠ uses five key actions to support self-care and well-being across eight interconnected areas.

Over 3–5 weeks, you’ll participate in 3 milestone sessions of up to 90 minutes each, with check-ins as needed, up to 30 minutes per week. Ongoing accountability sessions may be available.

See Clearly Before Deciding What to Change

As part of the Evaluate action, assessments can provide additional perspective on your current circumstances, personal strengths, and opportunities for growth. These insights help inform our Strategic Coaching conversations while leaving decisions about priorities and next steps in your hands.

N8 Insight Work, Life & Money Self-Assessment

Included for all Strategic Coaching clients at no additional cost, this brief, non-diagnostic self-assessment encourages reflection across eight interconnected domains of work, life, and money. It provides a snapshot of your current satisfaction, helping you recognize what is working well and identify areas you may wish to give attention during our engagement.

Hogan Personality Assessments

For clients who include the Occupational domain among their areas of focus, the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) are also available. Together, these instruments offer insights into everyday workplace tendencies, potential challenges under pressure, and the values and motivations that influence professional behavior. Within Strategic Coaching, these insights support greater self-awareness and exploration of opportunities for professional growth.

These optional assessments typically require an additional coaching session and involve associated costs, which are discussed in advance.

Scope of Use

All assessments are used solely to support reflection, self-awareness, and development within the Strategic Coaching engagement. They are not used to diagnose or evaluate medical or mental health conditions, direct treatment, or provide clinical or therapeutic recommendations. Strategic Coaching is not a substitute for care or advice from appropriately qualified healthcare or mental health professionals.
